Charming grounds with amazing views
The property is a hidden gem, featuring beautifully maintained grounds and walking trails by the river. Owners Kathy and Greg made us feel right at home, sharing local tips that enhanced our stay.
One small inconvenience was the absence of in-room coffee machines, requiring us to walk to the reception for coffee. While there’s free coffee available, it would be nice to have it readily accessible.

The restaurant being closed due to staffing is quite frustrating!!! Some directions upon arrival felt overly stern, and it would be nice to see a better solution for the pooling water during rain. Warm shower water takes time to heat up!!!

cornerstone motel was a fantastic spot! it’s beautifully set along a small river, offering a peaceful park-like ambiance. our queen room with river view was spacious and comfy, with a mini fridge and microwave. cathy was incredibly helpful, making dinner reservations for us, which made our stay even better. perfect base for exploring nearby attractions.
would be great to have more onsite dining options.
